DELIVERY ACROSS TURKEY
We are shipping your order from Turkey.
If you’re placing your order* on etnashirts.com from Turkey - you will have FREE delivery and your order will be FREE from any customs duties, fee, taxes, etc.
We will deliver your order to any city in Turkey within 1 - 3 days period from the date of your order receipt.
Your order is delivered to the address that you provide to us.

We are shipping your order from Turkey.

GERMANY, SPAIN, ITALY, ENGLAND, IRELAND, GREECE, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DANMARK, HOLLAND, SWISS, SWITZERLAND, LIECHTENSTEIN, LUXEMBOURG, MONACO, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, FINLAND, FRANCE, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, QATAR, JORDAN, USA, CANADA, MEXICO, HONG KONG, TAIWAN.
Standard delivery for specified above countries within 3-6 days.
The amount you pay on etnashirts.com DOES NOT INCLUDE any customs duties, import duties, fees, VAT, local sales taxes, etc.
ETNA Shirt & More is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, import duties, fees, VAT, tariffs, local sales taxes, etc.).
- *Orders placed before 1pm CET from Monday untill Friday will be shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm CET from Monday untill Friday will be shipped on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next first business day.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
- Depending on your location, your order will be delivered by different couriers like ARAMEX, DHL, FEDEX, YURTİÇİ KARGO
RETURN & PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Please contact us within 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return and a refund. You can contact us by email info@etnashirts.com or leave your contact number , with your online purchase order number and reason for return, delivery note and all other copies with the product you wish to return within 14 days starting from the date of the product receipt.
Please thoroughly check garments upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
We accept products for return if their original presentation – factory labels, inner labels, the original packaging have been preserved.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged; unused designer packaging box, recyclable plastic shirt packaging must also be returned as they are considered part of the product.
To make this process as quick and easy as possible, we offer a Free Returns Collection Service. You will need to contact us via info@etnashirts.com or phone as indicated in the website to order a purchase return by our contracted courier company.
Should you decide to return your purchase with other courier companies, the shipment fees and related costs for such returns will belong to you.
We can not accept returns of
- products with damaged original packaging
- products with missing original packaging, factory labels, inner labels.
- products that were used and cannot be later purchased by another customer
- products with defects that have occurred due to usage and damaged due to faulty cleaning procedures.
- products without online order purchase number

Refund and inspection Procedure
The price of your purchase shall be refunded to your purchase-related credit card within the legal return period of 15 working days consequent to the product reaching our above-mentioned address and consequent to a detailed inspection by our authorised personnel regarding any problems or deformation. This period starts when we receive the returned products.
When your return request has been reviewed, you will be notified about the decision via email. If your return request is not approved as a result of the inspections performed by our authorised personnel, the product you have submitted will be returned to the delivery address you have specified in your request by providing the reason for the rejection being forwarded with the related product.
