B2B Sales Agent (Fashion)

Job Description

We are in search of dedicated agents who will play a pivotal role in establishing worldwide sales channels and connecting us with prospective clients and boutiques. The primary objective of this position is to promote and sell our products while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition:

  • Actively seek out potential clients in the B2B sector through cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, boutiques, and emerging market trends.
  • Create and maintain a database of potential leads and prospects.

Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with prospective clients, discussing terms of cooperation, pricing, supply volumes, and other key aspects of agreements.

Client Relationship Maintenance: Regularly interact with existing clients to maintain high satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional sales.

Feedback Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Adapt sales strategies as needed based on market feedback and changing business dynamics.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, communications, analyze sales plan execution, and forecast future sales.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of successful experience in B2B sales in Fashion.
  • Fashion retail expertise and experience in the premium segment of clothing.
  • High communication and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in creating plans and reporting on their execution.
  • Capable of working independently and organizing work effectively.
  • Results-driven: Demonstrating a track record of achieving business-positive outcomes.
  • Clarity in Execution: Clear in fulfilling duties and processes.
  • Goal-oriented: Focused on achieving objectives.

  • Sales Volume and Achievement of Sales Targets.
