We kindly recommend reviewing our size chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to assist you — simply contact us at info@etnashirts.com or through WhatsApp.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning an item due to a product defect or quality issue, please provide a photograph for confirmation. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Before initiating a return, please make sure that the original presentation, including factory labels, inner labels, and the original packaging, has been retained.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
If you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, please contact us within 14 days from the date you received it, by sending an email to info@etnashirts.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to prepare for the return procedures.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection to confirm its condition. If the item is returned undamaged, we will proceed with the requested size exchange or issue a refund. However, if the item is returned in a damaged condition that renders it unsuitable for resale, we cannot accept the return.
Please be aware that if we receive a damaged item on the customer's side, all costs associated with sending the item back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUND
Please note that customs return procedures can take up to 2 weeks.
If the item is returned in undamaged condition, the purchase price will be refunded to your credit card associated with the purchase within 15 days. We will reimburse you for the returned item, deducting the return shipping cost from your side to our warehouse. The return period commences upon our receipt of the returned products.
If you discover a defect in the item you have purchased, kindly notify us promptly, providing evidence in the form of photos of the defect via email at info@etnashirts.com. We will guide you with instructions and provide support until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
